When and how did you start surfing?

I started surfing when I was 9 at a surf school in Bournemouth in Dorset.

Who are the surfers that inspires you?

I like watching Rio Waida and Torren Martyn but warm weather clear water inspires me to go surfing.

Where are your favorite surf spots that you've been to?

Cornwall, Scotland, Hossegor.

Where are the surf spots you want to visit in the future that you've never been to?

Fiji, Mexico, Canada.

Which type of surfboards and fin setups are you into?

At the moment I'm riding a 6'8 twin pin from Cord Surfboards, I really love surfing that board.

Which one video would you highlight in this playlist and why?

Cynevin. I'd highlight this one because it was made closest to home shooting at my favorite local spots. It's also the longest project I've worked on so I've got a lot of energy invested there.

Gear: I use a Panasonic GH5 with an adapter with a variety of Canon lenses. I mainly swim with the Panasonic 12-60mm/F2.8-4.0 though.

What's your favorite focal length?

I've started swimming with a 70mm recently, I'm loving that.

When and how did you start filming?

Just started filming surfing because I wasn't good enough at surfing to keep being asked on trips so I thought I'd better shoot to keep being invited.

Kris Ludi, Jack Johns, Jerome Tanon, Mickey Smith.

What are the surf films/videos that inspires you?

"View From A Blue Moon" really inspired me to start making surf films but I generally don't watch surf films.

Other than surf films?

I mainly watch snowboarding films for inspiration but I like ocean wildlife and climbing documentaries.

Who are your favorite bands and musicians?

I always seem to be in a Bob Dylan phase.
