What do you like about where you live now?

A new environment and culture, stronger waves.

When and how did you start surfing?

I've been around surfing all my life. I was on the front of my dad's surfboard before I could walk. I grew up right in front of a nice beach break, and naturally, I picked it up and really started to love it when I was 12 years old.

Where is your go-to surf spot?

San Onofre & Echo Beach

Please tell us about the surfboard you usually ride. Brand, shaper, dimentions, fin setup, etc.

I have been riding my Karina High Heel model by Thomas Surfboards. It's a 9'5" flat with a nice amount of concave. For fins, I use a Greenough 4-A Volan.

Where are your favorite surf spots that you've been to?

Keeping that quiet is what makes those spots so good.

Africa

Which one video would you highlight in this playlist and why?

"Doll Riot", it was the first edit that stemmed from my own ideas in collaboration with Jimmy Jazz James. It was a highlight of one of my favorite trips. I’m really proud of the edit we made.

Who are the surfers that inspire you?

I think Andy Nieblas is the best surfer.
